Kaj Hache, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kaj (Kiley) Hache began his healthcare career in 1989 as a nurse at McLean Hospital, where he developed a deep appreciation for the vital connection between mental health and overall well-being. This early experience shaped his compassionate approach to care and fostered a lifelong commitment to understanding how individual struggles impact each person’s health journey.

Over the years, his career has spanned diverse roles across the healthcare spectrum, from EMS to Emergency Medicine in a Level I trauma center. He earned his Emergency Nurse Practitioner degree from Emory University and is also certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After many years in emergency medicine, he was drawn back to his roots in mental health, completing additional training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

For the past three years, he has dedicated his practice to mental health and addiction medicine and the care of individuals with dual diagnoses. Throughout more than three decades in healthcare, he remains passionate about his work, finding fulfillment in building meaningful connections with patients and witnessing their growth and healing.
